IVAN JESSAMY was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of Barbados in 1973 and has been one of the Firm’s Partners since 1980. His practice is in Conveyancing, Trusts, Succession and Family Law. He has acted as Director of several companies locally and is considered one of the most competent attorneys-at-law in conveyancing in the Island. In addition to his varied practice over the last thirty seven (37) years, Mr. Jessamy was the former the Managing Director of the Firm. Mr. Jessamy is active in the Anglican Church and held the position of Registrar of the Diocesan Congress. He is also very involved in community and civic organizations.

NARGIS HARDYAL was admitted to practise law in Barbados in 2006 having successfully completed the Certificate of Legal Education at the HUGH WOODING LAW SCHOOL in Trinidad. She holds a BACHELOR OF LAWS degree with Second Class Honours (2004) from the UNIVERSITY OF THE WEST INDIES at Cave Hill in Barbados, and has completed in the MASTER OF LAWS (CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL) programme (2014) at the UNIVERSITY OF THE WEST INDIES, Cave Hill. Ms. Hardyal has litigated in both the criminal and civil jurisdictions and is currently the Firm's Senior Associate with responsibilities in the Firm's Corporate and Commercial Department.

SHERALYN FORDE was admitted to practise law in Barbados in 2009 having successfully completed the Certificate of Legal Education at the HUGH WOODING LAW SCHOOL in Trinidad. She holds a BACHELOR OF SCIENCE degree in MANAGEMENT with Upper Second Class Honours (2000), MASTERS IN INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT (2005), and a BACHELOR OF LAWS degree with Lower Second Class Honours (2007) from the UNIVERSITY OF THE WEST INDIES at Cave Hill in Barbados. She worked with the Inter-American Development Bank in Barbados for eighteen years, and is primarily assigned to the Firm's Litigation Department, and functions in the Firm's Estates and Intellectual Property Departments.

FRANK ODLE was admitted to practise law in Barbados in 2009 having successfully completed the Certificate of Legal Education at the HUGH WOODING LAW SCHOOL in Trinidad. He holds a BACHELOR OF LAWS degree (2007) and a BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE IN MATHEMATICS (1968) from the UNIVERSITY OF THE WEST INDIES at Cave Hill in Barbados. Mr. Odle is a Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter and has served in the insurance and financial services industry for almost thirty years. Mr. Odle practises primarily in the Firm's Civil Litigation & Advisory Department.

NIKEH JEMMOTT was admitted to practice law in Barbados in 2012 having successfully completed the Certificate of Legal Education at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (2010) with Honours from the University of the West Indies at Cave Hill in Barbados. She was the Project Coordinator of PROGOVNET Report, ECOSYSTEM-BASED MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES IN THE CARIBBEAN, CERMES Technical Report Nº 47 (2011). She has functioned as a research assistant for the Hon. Mr. Justice Winston Charles Anderson, (Judge of the Caribbean Court of Justice, Professor of International Law in his former capacity as the Executive Director of the Caribbean Law Institute Centre (CLIC), The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados). Mrs. Jemmott practises primarily in the Firm's Advisory and Intellectual Property Departments.

SONIA NURSE has worked with the firm of Carrington and Sealy for over 25 years, having joined as legal clerk of Oliver Millar Browne Q.C., OBE in May 1984. Since then, she has been legal secretary to the late Molly Ann Reid Q.C. and to Fiona J Hinds, both partners of the Firm. Mrs. Nurse has obtained the Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies as well as her Bachelor of Laws degree (2013) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados. In 2015 she completed the Legal Education Certificate at the Hugh Wooding Law School Trinidad; and joined the firm as an Associate Attorney-at-Law, in October 2015.

JASON WILKINSON was admitted to practice law in 2015 and joined the firm in January 2016. Mr. Wilkinson attained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of the West Indies in 2010. During his studies he interned with an investment Bank and continually worked in the Bank in the investment and compliance departments from 2009 to 2015. He read for his Bachelor of Laws Degree at the University of the West Indies between 2010 and 2013 during which time he won the Cave Hill Law Society Moot Court Competition and was awarded the Motorola/ACCP Scholarship. Mr. Wilkinson received his Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in 2015 after successfully representing the Hugh Wooding Law School in the American & Caribbean Law Initiative 2013 Caribbean Law Clinic and achieving the 2014 award for the Most Outstanding Performance in Forensic Evidence & Medicine.
